We own and manage rental property in the Omaha and Lincoln metro area and try to offer the best possible product around. This business can be the most challenging and the most rewarding all at the same time. We are always trying to keep an open mind and put ourselves in the shoes of our residents to figure out exactly what it is that they want.
This “open mind” has helped come up with some great ideas over the years to help our residents feel at home. You see… we really strive to keep a relationship with our residents for years and years because we think renting a house is a great option. Because of this we always try to come up with ways to make our relationship with our residents stronger and longer lasting.
3-Year Price Lock:
With the much more difficult housing market, may families have decided to rent because it is a good predictable option. With our 3-year price-lock we offer the comfort of knowing that for 3 years from the date you sign your lease there will not be an increase in the rental amount. On top of that you are not locked into a 3-Year lease. Your lease simply auto renews each year at the same rate as when you signed up and you have the option to cancel each year at the same time if you would like. We think that folks should be able to have stability in their home and not have to worry every year about their landlord raising the rent.
Pay on Payday:
Household finances can be tight…. we understand. Rather than get blasted with a late fee each month we will automatically collect a portion of your rent at each pay period. This is a nice option to always make sure your rent is paid and you don’t waste money on late fees.
Annual Maintenance Review:
Rather that rent you a house and simply ignore you, we schedule a visit each year to make sure that our maintenance staff is making good repairs. During this visit we also make sure that any “big ticket” items such as roof, furnace, siding, windows, decks, etc. are being repairs or replaced before they become worn out and cause problem.
