Just the other day I had a great experience with a family that was moving into the Omaha Metro from western Nebraska. I had the opportunity to show this family a few of our available homes for rent. They had been in contact with Penny at our office over the last several months and done enough research that they had decided they would be renting with Simply Homes but just needed to find the right house.
The fact that this family had made the decision on a company to do business with before deciding on the actual house was refreshing. So often people are so rushed to find a house that they don’t think long term about the company they are relying on to provide a home for their family. This is a huge signal to me that people are a huge part of our success. I know that you are assuming I am talking about our people and what great experience they have (which is true) and how great they are to work with (with is definitely the case). However, I’m talking about our residents!
That’s right, the people that live in the homes we provide can make this business the most challenging and the most rewarding business at the same time. With residents who care about the house that their family calls home, the process of managing the property is so much better. We’d love to continue to partner with more and more families that trust us to provide a home for their family.
